Thursday Cottage sleeps 10 with 3 double bedrooms on the first floor and two "kids" bedrooms with bunks on the second floor.

The house is located in a pretty lane with car parking by way of a council car park, literally 50 yards from the front door. Weekly parking tickets can be purchased at the machine.

The High Street starts at one end of the lane and the harbour & beach at the other.

There are many shops from old fashioned sweet shops and newsagents to modern department stores.

The "interesting " front garden is perfect for those summer evenings with a comprehensive selection of suitable garden furniture and of course a gas barbecue. ( try barbecuing some of the local fish from Wrigglers fish shop in the centre of the town, or try catching your own from the fishing pier round the corner)

Teignmouth benefits from its geographical position at the mouth of the River Teign by always having a sheltered area on the beach. There is the front, traditionally sandy beach, but when the weather prevails then switch to the more pebbly but still enjoyable back or "river" beach.

Watch the sun going down whilst having a drink outside the "Ship Inn", the most popular pub in Teignmouth.

You can't miss it. That's where everyone else will be !

General boring stuff like the heating, boiler, rubbish, hot water etc are given in booklet left in the house.

If there is something that you are unsure of though, please call us on one of the numbers provided.
